Some rough roads make the drivers feel challenging and annoying, especially in the daily commuting road. Therefore, drivers and passenger cannot help but feel the acclimatized, moreover, they cannot enjoy the scenery.

IASATI all series shock absorbers are designed for improving driving sense. Depends on the different road type, our R&D developed different series of shock absorbers. From basis upgrade type, LS series, for the user who wants to improve their daily commuting driving controlling, the LS series is for general road use.

The RS2 series is an Intermediate type, for the user who needs simple personal adjustment. (Rebound side: 24 clicks adjustable)

And for the user who needs individual setting, IASATI provide the high-ranking sporty type, IASATI RS3 series shock absorber. Not only for the racing player but also suitable for the user who needs the personal setting for their car suspension performance. The RS3 series is 2-way damping setting, the rebound side could 24 level adjustable and the compression side could 14 level adjustable.

To ensure that we provide the good suspension kit for the user, we tested the general roads, highways, and even FIA G2 international track road.

Let's take a look at the below video. Our client's requirement of shock absorber was the Bond-like pursuit of perfection. Well... which means he wants the car shock absorber could increase the controlling but not gonna losing the comfortable. He also said he wants the feeling like Mr.Bond who can assault into the danger. (HA!)

For RS3 series, our R&D team strengthened the damping strength with the special design. This technology makes damping value more linearity when it starts at low speed, then achieves the versatile of the chassis.

What's the "Damper Setting Adjustable" ?

Dampers – commonly called shock absorbers – perform this function. A damper has a piston which moves inside a sealed, oil-filled cylinder with the up and down movement of the wheel. Adjustable damp performs soft, stiffness and pressure velocity. The damper will increase rigidity to restrain cars from rolling and to prevent sideways movement.

There are different type of shock absorbers, and IASATI is the twin tube structure type shock absorber with coil-spring. The tube type with the cylinder strut which is for absorbing spring's extra bounce, makes it become stable. Structures are two type, Mono-tube, and Twin-tube.

As upper picture, the mono-tube (right) is all in one, including pistons, damping oil, and high-pressure gas. The twin-tube (left) is inside and outside barrel designed. But it still looks like a single bottle when you look from the appearance.

What's the difference?

The twin-tube type shock absorbers used inside damping oil to adjust. Its adjustment rage is better and more extensive than mono-tube type. When you adjust the damping, the influences of rebound and compression adjustment is smaller. Therefore, twin-tube type of shock absorbers makes the accurate adjustment for your requirements when you on the racing track or normal road.

Moreover, the bearing of twin-tube is more stable and the inner tube has more space that increases the lever principle of bearing.
