Case #005-2:RS3 with MX-5 Player testing in the Penbay International Circuit! (with video)

Hello there,

This time IASATI have an honor to cooperation with the @Atsky: Andy's Tuning SKY. We tested the Mazda MX-5's 1.5L manual type (White) which was installed the RS3 series shock absorbers. The testing place is Penbay international circuit.

Mazda MX-5 × RS3 series shock absorbers.

MX-5 has been installed the RS3 series around one year. The user said the durable is well and this time he is going to attend the TCR competition on Lih-Pao racing game on December 12th, he needs some adjustment for preparing the racing track need. Before the testing, we also went to the refit store for suspension testing. (The full suspension testing please take a look at Atsky's blog)

He said:「This time we go back to IASATI's office to adjust the coil spring, replace the rear part's coil spring from 6 kg to 4 kg, for balance the controlling and comfortable. After replacement, the driving controlling is better than before. Case #005-1:RS3 with MX-5 Player testing in Lihpao Race Track (with video)

Hello there,

This is the first time for our MX-5 player driving in Lihpao racing park's track road. He said this track is very interesting, not only the gradient of up and down but its curve also very challenging. If you are the player who enjoys in driving through the mountain road, you gonna love it.

Mazda MX-5 × RS3 series shock absorbers.

The testing vehicle is Mazda MX-5 which installed the RS3 series shock absorbers. The damper setting is 2-way adjustable, the wide setting range makes the player could depend on himself's demand to find out the most suitable setting (driving controlling). Let's take a look at the video below.

Some rough roads make the drivers feel challenging and annoying, especially in the daily commuting road. Therefore, drivers and passenger cannot help but feel the acclimatized, moreover, they cannot enjoy the scenery.

IASATI all series shock absorbers are designed for improving driving sense. Depends on the different road type, our R&D developed different series of shock absorbers. From basis upgrade type, LS series, for the user who wants to improve their daily commuting driving controlling, the LS series is for general road use.

The RS2 series is an Intermediate type, for the user who needs simple personal adjustment. (Rebound side: 24 clicks adjustable)

And for the user who needs individual setting, IASATI provide the high-ranking sporty type, IASATI RS3 series shock absorber. Not only for the racing player but also suitable for the user who needs the personal setting for their car suspension performance. The RS3 series is 2-way damping setting, the rebound side could 24 level adjustable and the compression side could 14 level adjustable.

To ensure that we provide the good suspension kit for the user, we tested the general roads, highways, and even FIA G2 international track road.

Let's take a look at the below video. Our client's requirement of shock absorber was the Bond-like pursuit of perfection. Well... which means he wants the car shock absorber could increase the controlling but not gonna losing the comfortable. He also said he wants the feeling like Mr.Bond who can assault into the danger. (HA!)

(Note: The tests are all required to be carried out on roads that are subject to traffic control and tested within the legal speed limit.)

For RS3 series, our R&D team strengthened the damping strength with the special design. This technology makes damping value more linearity when it starts at low speed, then achieves the versatile of the chassis.

What's the "Damper Setting Adjustable" ?

Dampers – commonly called shock absorbers – perform this function. A damper has a piston which moves inside a sealed, oil-filled cylinder with the up and down movement of the wheel. Adjustable damp performs soft, stiffness and pressure velocity. The damper will increase rigidity to restrain cars from rolling and to prevent sideways movement.

That's what we called "Cross the Limit!"

The advanced technology design not only suitable for the racing track but also for the general road use. Highly controlling of supportive without losing comfort, these are what IASATI called “Cross the LIMIT!"
